Management of building to make sure tenants needs is met.Make sure that the buildings are well organized, with their air conditioning, plumbing facilities and security in good working condition.Conduct inspections and reviews for quality control, safety management, technical management, cost management and construction schedule management for structural fixes.Conduct inspection of building and develop weekly and monthly reports. Manage building maintenance companies to ensure properties are clean at all times.Act as liaison between tenants and building Management Company.Maintain property by addressing tenant complaints, completing repairs, and enforcing rules of occupancy.Working closely with a team of other professionals such as building service engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors and architectural technologists.Writing daily reports and presenting to management.Coordinate maintenance schedule with maintenance service companies.Travelling regularly to buildingfacility sites, proposed locations and client meetings.Coordinate and work with various departments, also with japan Candidate RequirementAge 2435University Graduate in Real Estate Property Management or Mechanical Electric EngineeringCertificate in MEC and or LCCI is a plus.Experience in property management is preferredGood communication skill in English and Japanese N3 or aboveStrong organizational skillsAbility to work with minimal supervision.
