Greets guests, scheduling appointments and reservation. Explains the Spa menu to the Guest and adapt timing accordingly. Handles Checks in and Check out. Assigns and supervise therapist as instructed by the manager. Upsells all treatments and Cosmetics Products. Makes the daily appointments report. Promotes positive and relaxing environment. Assists in keeping a clean work environment. Able to handle guest requests. Ensure postings into the system. Maintains cash notes safely. Contributes to the positioning of the SPA within the Hotel as a unique SPA destination in terms of SPA experiences, products. Creates SPA experiences that reflect the core values of the brand, and the unique identity of the property. Ensures consistency in the delivery of the services and quality throughout the Hotel any time. Interacts with guests on a regular basis. Conducts daytoday supervisory of spa employee rots, stock control, providing treatment, marketing, overseeing budgets. Be responsible for the development of all of the Therapists. Ensures equipment is maintained in good working order. Ensures stock and cash items are kept safely under lock and key. Attends management meetings in the absence of manager as required and ensure all relevant interdepartment information is being communicated throughout the spa. Resolve disputes among employees. Advise manager in disciplining staff when necessary. Assist manager in making performance appraisal for your employees. Assist with the preparation of staff rosters. Promote the hotel and Wyndham products and services. Adhere to the hotels and emergency policies and procedures. Be familiar with property safety, current first aid and fire emergency procedures. Log security incidents and accidents in accordance with hotel requirements. Abide by the Wynreview System. Abide by the Hotels Policies and Procedures, Wyndham Code of Business Conduct and the hotels Associate Handbook. Carry out other tasks as directed by your supervisors
