The recruitment company is foreign investment engineering company in downtown.JDResponsibilities Reporting directly to the Deputy Director HR Admin, and functionally to the SeniorHuman Resources Manager Hong Kong, and working closely with hisher local key linepeers in functional areas, the incumbent will provide the creative and professionalleadership required to structure, organize and develop the Companys entire humanresource spectrum, playing a key role for sustained, orderly growth. HeShe will be accountable for insuring that all activities affecting the Companysemployees in Myanmar are directed toward increasing personnel and organizationaleffectiveness. In pursuit of this goal, heshe will place particular emphasis on providingguidance and direction to the senior executives of the local and parent Company inorganization, manpower planning, and development, besides hiring and developing thesupport staff as required. This positions environment is fast paced with minimum supervision, frequentinterruptions, and changing priorities. The job requires ability to balance the company andemployee interests in a variety of human resources and legal matters, requiring excellentjudgment and decisionmaking. Also requires the ability to prioritize requests and tocommunicate effectively to multiple levels. HisHer specific responsibilities will include managing the entire range of humanresources activities, union labour relations, recruiting, performance management,compensation administration, wage benefit proposals, training and development, healthand safety compliance and employee relations, etc. Revamp and implement HR policy and procedures provide guidelines that arealigned with company goals and directions Act as project owner and lead to take up HRIS implementation projects that align withcompany goals and directions Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Management
