Admin/HR Manager for Mandalay District

Set up, build, and maintain the HR policies and procedures in the team in compliance with existing labor law. Compliance: make sure the company complies with labor laws and other regulations. Advice the management on identifying salaries according to the company structure and labor market. Drive the payroll process make sure that all the salaries are calculated correctly every month. Ensure that all the taxes, SSC are calculated correctly and paid on time in monthly basic. Communicate maintenance requirements to ensure maximum efficiency and implement correction actions as required. Identify maintenance employee training requirements and ensure successful completion. Prepare management reporting as required. Check all the car documents and safety equipment available, valid and updated at all times. Complete special projects and perform other duties as assigned. Lead plant personnel in day to day activities to ensure the safe and efficient. Ensure the car is in good and safe condition for transport. Fuel the vehicles when needed and keep accurate records of fuel supplied to each vehicle including kilometer reading at the time of supply, etc.
